Two days a week Mads (15) and Anders (15) goes to an alternative school on the island of Ypsøy. At school, they struggle to follow the traditional ways of education, and this weakens their motivation. On Ypsøy, they experience a sense of achievement, togetherness, friendship and trust in each other and the employees on the island. Throughout the last year at Ypsøy, we follow the boys in their ups and downs, before a new chapter starts at VGS.
