Rebel Unit worked on the award winning science documentary ‘One Strange Rock’, in collaboration with Nutopia to deliver over 5 minutes of science visualisation and creative development.
Our work followed the development of the smallest elements in the universe, from quarks and gluons forming more complex elements to the formation of atoms and larger and larger structures. Eventually we explored creative and visually intersting ways of representing more complex phenomena in a cinematic way, such as gamma radiation bursts, tectonic movement on vast geological scales and more.
